EDITORS’ BIOGRAPHIES

Dr. Asnul Hadi Ahmad currently serves as an
Associate Professor at the Faculty of Mechanical
and Automotive Engineering Technology,
Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah
(UMPSA). He is a registered Professional
Engineer (P.Eng.) with the Board of Engineers
Malaysia (BEM), a Member of the Institution of Engineers
Malaysia (MIEM), and an ASEAN Chartered Professional
Engineer (ACPE). Dr. Asnul Hadi is actively involved in
engineering education quality assurance. He serves as a panel
evaluator for both the Engineering Accreditation Council (EAC)
and the Engineering Technology Accreditation Council (ETAC)
under BEM. His research interests are primarily in the field of
semi-solid metal processing, thixoforming and material behaviour
in casting and forming processes. He has authored and co-
authored numerous scientific publications in indexed journals and
international conference proceedings.

Dr. Mohd Azmir Mohd Azhari currently serves
as an associate professor at the Faculty of
Manufacturing and Mechatronics Engineering
Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-
Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA). He earned his Doktor
der Ingenieurwissenschaften (Dr.-Ing.) from
Technische Universität Kaiserslautern, Germany. He is a member
of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and certified
as a Chartered Engineer by the Engineering Council, UK. He is an
accreditation panel for academic programmes under the
Engineering Technology Accreditation Council (ETAC), Board
of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). His current research focuses on the
area of advanced machining processes, particularly abrasive
waterjet machining processes. He has co-authored more than 65
scientific publications in various journals and proceedings
indexed by Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus.
